Hourly Part Time/Full Time Sales position that is responsible for all aspects of customer service, store merchandising, and store maintenance. Qualified applicant should be able to work a variety of shifts with an emphasis on nights and weekends. Full time associates are eligible for a full benefit package including medical, dental, life, 401K retirement saving plan, flexible schedules, voluntary benefits, employee discounts and tuition reimbursement. · Pay Includes: Base pay + commission

BASE PAY: $10.00 an hour (Commissions could be an additional $7.00-$9.00 an hour depending on sales)

Education/Experience: (qualifications)

• Qualified candidates should have earned a high school diploma or GED. Experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is ideal

Essential Job Functions and Physical Requirements:

• Frequent Speaking in order to articulate and convey details or information accurately, loudly, rapidly and professionally.
• Able to hear average or normal conversations in order to receive ordinary information.
• Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to be able to operate machinery and inspect both documents and products.
• Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Be able to stand 4-8 hours without sitting.
• Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
