Launch 513 is seeking a motivated and ambitious Event Sales Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in the Marketing and Advertising industry. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to develop comprehensive sales and management skills within the fast-paced events sector. As an Event Sales Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned professionals, learning how to build client relationships, develop sales strategies, and execute successful marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and brand engagement. The role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to advance their career in event sales and management, offering both structured training and real-world experience. You will be involved in identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with event planners, and supporting the overall sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and event management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with CRM software.
