Job Description:

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide cross-functional support to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, and the SVP, Global Operations and Quality and their leadership teams. This is a full-time, exempt position, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed

environment and can manage competing priorities across multiple business functions with professionalism and confidentiality.

Core Responsibilities

Calendar & Meeting Management

• Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars for Finance, HR, and Operations leaders.

• Coordinate leadership team meetings, offsites, and cross-functional reviews, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive team, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices in accordance with internal finance procedures.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.

• Maintain confidential Finance, HR, and Operations files and documentation with strict discretion.

Project & Event Support

• Support special projects across HR, Finance, and Operations, including data compilation, tracking action items, and follow-up coordination.

• Assist with planning of internal events, town halls, and offsite functions.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role, preferably supporting multiple executives or departments.

• Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and calendar management tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting HR, Finance, or Operations functions specifically.

• Familiarity with expense management and procurement platforms.

• Experience within a technology, semiconductor, or engineering-driven organization.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Pay & Benefits

We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and our compensation range reflects the cost of labor in the U.S. geographic market based on the location of the role. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant work experience.

For candidates who receive and offer, the starting salary will vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, such qualifications as, skill level, competencies, and work location.The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee.

Base Pay Range

126000
