As a Front End Associate, youwill be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providingexceptional service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in findingtheproducts they need

• Provide expert advice on our range of eyelashextensionsupplies and products

• Process customer transactions accurately andefficientlyusing our point-of-salesystem

• Maintain a clean and organizedfront-end area,including product displays andsignage

• Address customer inquiries,concerns, and requestspromptlyandprofessionally

• Collaborate with team members toensure the storeoperates smoothly

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industrytrends toprovide informed recommendations

Requirements

• High school diploma orequivalent

• Valid drivers licenseand reliable transportation is amust

• Minimum of 6 monthsto 1-year experience in customer servicerole

• Strong interpersonal and communicationskills

• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for deliveringexcellent service

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-salesystems

• Knowledge of Shopifyisa plus! (not required)

• Knowledge of eyelash extensionproducts or beauty industryis aplus

• Ability to worka flexible schedule, including weekendsandholidays
