Position Overview
Laser Bounce is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Store Supervisor to help lead daily operations at our Queens family entertainment center. The Store Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supporting team members, maintaining operational standards, and driving overall facility performance.
This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Store Supervisor works closely with management to oversee daily operations, coach staff, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Supervise daily facility operations and ensure all attractions, arcade areas, party rooms, and guest areas are operating efficiently.
- Monitor staffing levels and assist with shift scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs to maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Support birthday parties, group events, and special programs as needed.
- Ensure guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist with cash management, register reconciliation, and inventory control.
- Monitor operational expenses and help reduce waste and inefficiencies.
- Support sales initiatives, promotions, memberships, and event programs.
- Complete operational reports and documentation accurately.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce company safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Report maintenance concerns, incidents, and safety hazards promptly.
- Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, restaurants, recreation, or a related customer-service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as required.
Preferred
- Experience in a family entertainment center, amusement facility, arcade, restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment.
- Experience managing cash handling procedures and inventory.
- CPR, First Aid, or safety certifications (not required).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment with moderate noise levels.
- Ability to move throughout the facility and respond quickly to operational needs.
