Live and ramping up with some of the largest logistics companies in the US that move freight for shippers like Nestlé, PepsiCo, Celsius, and Monster Energy. Inbound from Top 10 logistics providers in US and Europe.

Now we need to scale to 10,000 loads a day / $10mn ARR. To get there we need someone to own the customer post-sale — turning every new logo into a reference account and driving daily usage into the tens of thousands of loads.

What we'll work on

  • Own onboarding for every new logistics customer — get them from signed contract to loads booked by our AI in days, not months
  • Drive daily active usage: number of loads run through Lanesurf per customer, per week
  • Own renewals and expansion — grow accounts from a single lane or brokerage to their full freight footprint
  • Be the voice of the customer inside Lanesurf. Feed real usage patterns, edge cases, and objections back to product and engineering every day
  • Build the CS playbook from scratch — onboarding, health scoring, QBRs, escalation — so the next 10 hires can run it


You can be a great fit, if:

  • You get energized by being in a customer's office watching them use your product, not by dashboards
  • You move fast and don't overthink
  • You're comfortable being technical enough to debug an AI agent's behavior with a customer on the line
  • You take ownership of outcomes end-to-end — if a customer isn't getting value, that's your problem to solve
  • You want to be at a company that's early enough that your work actually matters
