We are seeking an experienced Brick Paver/Stone Installer to lead small crews in residential paving projects. This role involves job layout, installation of brick and stone, and site preparation using both power and hand tools. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and be capable of coordinating teams of 1-3 members to ensure quality and timely project completion within standard weekday hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lay out brick and stone paving jobs for residential projects
• Lead and coordinate small crews of 1-3 members during installations
• Install bricks and stones accurately following project specifications
• Prepare job sites including necessary groundwork and organization
• Use power tools and standard hand tools safely and effectively
• Ensure timely completion and high-quality workmanship
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficiency and safety

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in brick paving and stone installation
• Proven leadership skills managing small crews
• Expertise in brick paving and stone installation techniques
