Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Clinical Coordinator Echo you will perform dimensional ultrasonic recordings of the heart and other organs for diagnosis. Our team is amazing, we consider ourselves a family who work hard to support each other and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. In this role: 

• You will be responsible in assisting with stress testing, operating echocardiography machines, and assisting with other non-invasive cardio diagnostic testing. 

• You will assist with stress testing, operating echocardiography machines, and assisting with other non-invasive cardio diagnostic testing, analysis, and records. 

• You are responsible for overseeing the accuracy and quality of the echo sonographers performing cardiac ultrasound procedures and ensuring that the echo cardiology lab performs at a high quality level by adhering to all IAC and ASE guidelines. 

• You will maintain all logs, records, statistics, and any other data required by the hospital, IAC or other organization deemed necessary. 

• You will deal with staff performance deficiencies in a constructive and timely manner.  Recognizes those staff members who exhibit exemplary performance. 

• You will assist department manager in assuring that staff is following standardized protocols and accurately completing preliminary echo reports. 

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
• (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, or (RDCS) Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, or (RCS) Registered Cardiac Sonographer
