Lakeside Orthopedic Institute is expanding and seeking a high-performing Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our established surgical team in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
The incoming provider will function as a true clinical and surgical partner, working directly alongside multiple orthopedic surgeons in a mature, efficient practice with strong patient demand and consistent surgical volume.

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage orthopedic patients across the continuum of care
• Perform joint injections and in-office procedures
• Pre-operative and post-operative management
• Coordinate care plans with surgeons and clinical staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 (DOE)
• Performance-based bonus opportunity
• Employer pays 80% of medical, dental & vision premiums
• Up to 4% 401(k) employer match
• 2 weeks PTO + 1 week sick leave
• 7 paid holidays annually
