Join the Control Assemblies Team - Shape the Future of Automation!

Control Assemblies is seeking a Panel Technician I to join our dynamic team in Plymouth, MN.
In this role, you'll assemble and wire electrical control panels and support products which may be standard or custom from work instructions, wire lists and electrical schematics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately cut, strip, label and terminate wires and cables to various electrical devices.
  • Accurately label product to meet regulatory, customer and company standards.
  • Provide input for creating work instructions, assembly aids and wire lists.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.

Competencies

  • Understand and perform to meet quality and delivery objectives.
  • Work with hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.
  • Sustain a safe working environment for employees and visitors.
  • Keep work areas neat and clean.

Education and/or Experience

  • 0-1 years of electrical assembly experience is desired but not required. This is an entry level position.
  • Good hand dexterity, attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Willingness and ability to excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Continuous desire to improve skills and aptitude.

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of standing.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
