Position: Night Shift Charge Nurse (RN)
Schedule: Full-time | 6p-6a | Every other weekend | Flexible scheduling

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled and long-term care setting
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
• Ensure a safe, calm, and supportive environment overnight

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
