  • Organizational Skills: Store dishes, glasses, and equipment expertly for a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Sanitation Superhero: Maintain preparation and service areas to exceed health code requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep certifications current and engage in training opportunities.
  • Quality Guardian: Ensure every dish meets Lakepoint's standards while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Special Requests: Cater to residents' dietary needs with care and attention.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of meal services.
  • Inventory Management: Keep precise inventory of food and kitchen essentials.
  • Safety Champion: Uphold safety and sanitation standards for a pristine kitchen environment.
  • Customer Focus: Address any dining room concerns to ensure a delightful experience.
  • Food Storage: Label and date items in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage.
  • Lead by Example: Practice proper food handling techniques to minimize waste and maximize quality.

Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
Schedules Available:
  • 1 Part-Time 1st Shift 6 am-2 pm
  • 2 Part-Time 2nd 3pm-8pm
  • 1 Part-Time AL 1st/2nd
