The Administrator provides overall leadership and operational oversight of LakePoint Augusta’s Long-Term Care and Assisted Living operations and is responsible for regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, financial performance, census development, employee retention, resident and family satisfaction, and the overall success of the community.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of LakePoint Augusta’s LTC and Assisted Living operations.
• Lead, support, coach, and hold department leaders accountable while promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, survey requirements, life safety standards, and LakePoint policies.
• Partner closely with nursing leadership to support quality outcomes, resident care, documentation, and continuous survey readiness.
• Oversee financial performance, staffing, labor, census, budgets, and operational goals.
• Support recruitment, retention, employee development, performance management, and positive employee relations.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, healthcare professionals, and the local community.
• Promote resident satisfaction, dignity, quality of life, and timely resolution of resident and family concerns.
• Maintain oversight of admissions, building operations, preventative maintenance, emergency preparedness, and overall campus appearance.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure identified concerns are addressed and followed through to resolution.
• Serve as a visible leader and positive presence throughout the community.

What We're Looking For

• Current Kansas Nursing Home Administrator license, or the ability to obtain Kansas licensure before assuming the position.
• Previous long-term care, senior living, healthcare operations, or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of nursing facility regulations, surveys, reimbursement, quality measures, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable reviewing budgets, labor, census, and financial performance.
• Ability to hold others accountable while maintaining positive working relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, gerontology, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to participate in appropriate after-hours and on-call administrative responsibilities.

Experienced Administrator or Rising Leader?

Previous Nursing Home Administrator experience is preferred, but we’re also open to a strong newly licensed Administrator who demonstrates the leadership ability, maturity, creativity, and drive to succeed.
