Job description

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to become a part of our team. You will be asked to perform a variety of routine tasks to help keep the medical office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering phones
  • Filing and Faxing
  • Preparing charts for upcoming appointments
  • Retrieving medical records as necessary
  • Enter patient information in to EHR system, Kareo
  • Scanning patient information in to EHR, Kareo
