Now Hiring: Executive Sous Chef – La Vietta Trattoria

We're an exciting new Italian restaurant and are looking for a talented, passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team
• Prepare and execute authentic Italian-inspired dishes with consistency and quality
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Help with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food cost management
• Train and mentor line cooks

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Exec Sous
• Experience with Italian cuisine is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passion for quality ingredients and exceptional guest experiences
