Nightlife / Event Security Staff – North Jersey

Hiring security staff throughout the North Jersey area for bars, lounges, nightlife venues, hotels, sporting events, and private events.

This position involves working in fast-paced nightlife and hospitality environments. Weekend and evening availability is required.

• Physically capable with a strong presence
• Reliable and punctual
• Calm under pressure in busy or high-stress environments
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Comfortable working in nightlife, hospitality, and event environments
• Able to take direction well and work as part of a team
• Capable of professionally de-escalating situations when needed
• Equipped with reliable personal transportation and able to travel between multiple job locations
• Flexible with scheduling, including nights and weekends

Helpful experience includes:

• Hotel security
• Sporting event security
• Nightlife security
• Event staff
• Mall security
• Hospitality or venue operations
• Customer service in high-volume environments
• Crowd management or public-facing roles

No prior nightclub or security experience is required for the right candidate.

This is a part-time position based on venue needs, events, and available shifts.

Areas include:
Lodi, Garfield, Lyndhurst, Paterson, Jersey City, Hoboken, and surrounding North Jersey areas.
