Job Summary

Folsom Lake Nissan is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and upbeat Service Support team member to join our Service Department. This role is essential to keeping our service operations running smoothly by assisting technicians and advisors and managing vehicle movement throughout the dealership. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude and a strong customer focus to every interaction, helping create a great experience for everyone who visits our service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Move vehicles around the lot and service drive as needed (park, retrieve, stage for service)

• Assist service advisors and technicians with day-to-day support tasks

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off/pick-up

• Provide great customer service with a friendly, positive attitude

• Keep the service lot, drive lanes, and lot organized and free of hazards

• Transport vehicles to/from other locations as needed (e.g., detail, body shop)

• Maintain cleanliness of service area and customer waiting areas

• Support other departments with general duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Prior dealership or automotive experience a plus, but not required
