Folsom Lake Nissan is a family-owned dealership growing in the heart of Folsom, and we're looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Parts team. If you know your way around automotive parts and enjoy helping technicians and customers, get exactly what they need, we'd love to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts for their vehicles

• Process parts orders, look up part numbers, and manage inventory using our parts catalog system

• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming inventory

• Coordinate with the Service department to ensure technicians have parts ready for scheduled repairs

• Handle special orders and follow up with customers on order status

• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safety-compliant

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with automotive parts

• High school diploma required

• Quick learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Work Environment

• This position is based on-site at Folsom Lake Nissan in Folsom, California

• Standard dealership business hours; some flexibility or overtime may be required during month-end closing
