Private ESE middle/high school in the Orlando area seeking a Director/Principal. Dynamic learning environment focusing on the individual needs of students. Successful candidates are energetic, able to build relationships with stakeholders and are passionate about ESE education. Additional skills required include private school management, business and marketing experience.

Director/Principals work with a team of dedicated professionals and receive ongoing support and training from the corporate team. 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leadership of staff and students in fostering an atmosphere of academic success.

Manage day-to-day business and educational aspects of the school.

Oversee all aspects of fiscal and budget expenditures.

Short and long-term goal setting for growth of school.

Responsible for direct marketing and community relations.

Job Qualifications:

Private school experience.

Knowledge of exceptional student education.

Management and marketing experience.

Minimum Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.

5+ years ESE teaching experience.

Private School Management, Business and Marketing experience a plus.
