Our operation is based in Charlotte, NC and supports Daimler Truck North America. We manage and operate a warehouse facility providing pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management support.

Shifts Available:

1st shift: Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm

Position Summary

The Office Clerk serves as the front-line representative for the operation, supporting daily administrative, customer service, and facility functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, creating shipping documentation, regulating site access, and assisting with operational reporting and data entry to support warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and serve as the first point of contact for the facility.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of inbound and outbound shipments, visitor logs, and operational documentation.
• Create shipping documentation and complete transactions within company systems.
• Monitor and regulate site access for visitors, contractors, and non-warehouse personnel.
• Support warehouse operations through data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Promote a professional and customer-focused environment through positive communication and service.
• Assist with additional operational and clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, data entry, or office support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
