Marketing ManagerLiberty Restoration Group | Marketing DepartmentJob TitleMarketing ManagerReports ToChief Revenue OfficerLocationSt. Louis, MOMarkets ServedMissouri, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, and Wisconsin, and additional markets as the Company growsTravelPeriodic travel across all Company markets for events and trade showsPOSITION SUMMARYThe Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing all marketing activity across Liberty Restoration Group's markets, with the objective of rebuilding and growing the Company's digital and referral lead-generation channels. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role that personally performs the work across multiple geographic markets, supported by a limited number of outside vendors. Areas of ownership include website management and local search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile and online reputation, artificial-intelligence and generative search, paid and organic digital advertising, email and referral-partner marketing, event and continuing-education programming, marketing budget management, and marketing reporting and lead-source attribution within the Company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWebsite Management and SearchManage the Company's 10+ location websites and their content, including the development and maintenance of localized city and service pages and the regular publication of localized content.Manage the relationship and change-request process with the franchisor's web and marketing platform, tracking requests through to completion.Perform on-page and technical SEO across all websites and maintain consistent business information (name, address, and telephone) and local citations.Optimize content and structured data for AI and generative search, and use approved AI tools to produce localized content efficiently and at scale.Establish, optimize, and maintain a Google Business Profile for each location, and administer a systematic review-generation and review-response process.Advertising and Demand GenerationPlan, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads and Local Services Ads), paid social, retargeting, and video advertising, managing budgets and cost-per-lead by market.Manage organic social media across all locations from a central platform, maintaining brand standards and a content calendar.Develop and maintain the Company's email marketing program, including newsletters and automated campaigns to insurance agents, adjusters, brokers, property managers, and past customers.Field and Event MarketingPlan and execute the multi-market events calendar, including chamber events, association meetings, sponsorships, parades, golf outings, ribbon-cuttings, and trade shows, some of which occur outside standard business hours.Coordinate and support continuing-education (CE) classes for insurance agents and adjusters.Source and manage market-specific promotional items and print materials, and maintain the library of internal marketing collateral and brand assets.Budget, Co-Op, and Vendor ManagementManage all marketing expenditures across markets, including budgets, vendor invoices, and reconciliation.Administer the franchisor's Co-Op reimbursement program, including the compilation, tagging, and timely submission of qualifying expenditures within program windows.Manage outside marketing vendors against defined briefs, deliverables, and performance expectations.Reporting and DataEnsure that marketing activity and lead sources are recorded accurately in the Company CRM (Luxor), and partner with sales and business development to maintain accurate referral-source attribution.Prepare and present recurring performance reporting, including leads and cost-per-lead by channel, website traffic, search rankings, reviews, and referral volume by market.Establish the marketing function for each new market as the Company expands.RequiredThree or more years of hands-on marketing experience executing across multiple channels (search, paid advertising, social, email, and web), or a demonstrated record of comparable achievement.Demonstrated proficiency in SEO and in AI and generative search and AI content tools.Ability to work independently across multiple markets with limited daily supervision.Proficiency with, or demonstrated ability to learn, digital advertising platforms, Google Business Profile, email and social media tools, and CRM software.Demonstrated ability to manage a budget and report on results.Valid driver's license and the ability to travel among Company markets by vehicle and air.Legal authorization to work in the United States.PreferredExperience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, facilities, or home services.Experience marketing across multiple locations, territories, or franchises.Google Ads, Google Analytics, or SEO certifications, and graphic or print design skills.Familiarity with the property insurance claims and referral process.PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSPerformance in this position is evaluated against both leading activity indicators and lagging results, including but not limited to:Volume and consistency of localized content and website improvements published across all markets.Google Business Profile completeness, review growth, and response timeliness by location.Lead volume and cost-per-lead by channel, and organic search ranking and traffic growth by market.Recovery and growth of the digital and referral lead-generation channels toward and beyond historical levels.Cooperative-advertising reimbursement captured, and marketing budget managed to plan.CRM data completeness and accuracy of lead-source
