LER Healthcare is now offering Registered Nurses flexible scheduling, PRN shifts, and competitive pay while being a part of the Norton Healthcare team.
LER Healthcare staffs all 9 of our facilities in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana. We currently have these options available:

- Norton Brownsboro Hospital
- Norton Children's Hospital
- Norton Clark Hospital
- Norton Hospital
- Norton King's Daughters' Hospital
- Norton Scott Hospital
- Norton West Louisville Hospital
- Norton Women's & Children's Hospital
RN PRN Float positions offer:
- Opportunity to earn $47 an hour plus qualifying shift differential
- Opportunity to float within our 9 facilities in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana
- Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience
- Flexible self scheduling employment options

Qualifications
- 2 years acute care RN experience OR one year of acute-care RN experience and 2 years of acute-care LPN experience
- Diploma or Associate Nursing
- Registered Nurse (KY & IN)
- Must have and maintain an active Compact/Multistate RN license or active RN licensure in both KY and IN
