We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Controller to manage the day-to-day financial operations of a growing multi-entity organization.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring smooth and consistent accounting operations.
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines
Accounting Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll coordination, and general ledger
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform monthly and year-end close processes
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Assist with budget tracking and variance reporting
- Support leadership with clear and timely financial data
Process & Accuracy
- Ensure proper coding of expenses and adherence to financial processes
- Maintain organized financial documentation and systems
- Identify and correct discrepancies as needed
