About Us: Davis Media LLC is a dynamic and growing company dedicated we are full agency Digital, Production and Media Agency. The Accounting department also manages bookkeeping for smaller entities that fall under the Davis Global Venture Group. We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our finance team.

Job Description: As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial records. This includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage accounts payable and receivable.

·         Maintain the general ledger and create journal entries.

·         Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

·         Record payroll and manage contractor timesheets.

·         Prepare and submit tax returns (payroll, income, sales, and use taxes).

·         Monitor and manage cash flow.

·         Collect and organize information for audits.

·         Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.

Qualifications:

·         Several years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

·         Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks desktop and online).

·         Proficient in Microsoft excel.

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Excellent analytical and communication skills.
