Le Rêve Organic Spa & Boutique seeks a dedicated, long-term Spa Coordinator to anchor our front desk. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean beauty, available for weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday), and eager to build a lasting career with our award-winning team.

The Role

As the welcoming face of Santa Barbara's only Green Certified Spa, you are essential to the client experience. You will manage daily operations, maintain scheduling, and guide guests through our premier organic services and luxury boutique offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Greet clients, curate a serene environment, and ensure 5-star service from arrival to departure.
• Scheduling Excellence: Operate our computerized booking system, efficiently managing therapist and esthetician schedules, especially during peak weekend hours.
• Boutique Sales & Memberships: Educate clients on our organic product lines (e.g., Jurlique, Eminence) and promote our Le Rêve Green Memberships.
• Operations: Answer calls, process transactions, and coordinate with staff to ensure seamless treatments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Weekend Availability: Must have open availability for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
• Longevity: We are looking for a reliable individual who can provide a proven history of long-term employment and a desire to grow within our company.
• Experience: Previous customer service and retail experience required. Spa or hospitality background is highly preferred.
