LDP Entertainment Solutions is a high energy promotional marketing firm in the Amarillo, TX area. We specialize in retail brand management and client acquisition.

All representatives are cross trained in marketing and sales through events, promotions, product launches and demonstrations. LDP Entertainment Solutions's focus is to grow the territory and promote representatives from within to aid in the territory management and training of future business partners.

LDP Entertainment Solutions seeks Customer Service Representatives in our Amarillo Location. 
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
*Communicate well with customers.
*Process orders in a fast-paced environment.
*Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
*Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
*Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
*Submit quotes for quantity and custom items.
*Various promotion opportunities available throughout LDP's many departments!

Qualifications

*0 to 1 years customer service experience preferred (WE OFFER PAID TRAINING)
