LAN Logistics, Inc. is seeking dependable General Laborers to assist with loading, unloading, and securing cargo in shipping containers. This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced logistics environment supporting port and warehouse operations.

We’re looking for people who take pride in doing the job right, care about safety, and understand that how the work gets done matters.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo from shipping containers
• Secure freight using straps, blocking, bracing, and other materials
• Inspect cargo for damage and report issues
• Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors
• Work as part of a team to meet daily operational goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Willingness to work in a warehouse/container environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Prior warehouse or container experience a plus, but not required
