Job Summary:
Kymber Consulting Group has been providing solutions across healthcare, defense, and civilian sectors since 2017. They are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support the Armed Services Blood Program, managing all technical aspects of contract deliverables and ensuring effective communication between the contractor team and the Government.
Responsibilities:
• Organize, direct, manage, and review technical aspects of deliverables involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks.
• Maintain and facilitate lines of communication across the client interface, at the senior levels of the client’s organization, and with company partnerships.
• Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
• Provide assistance to the organization in developing mission and vision statements and subsequent goal delineation.
• Work with assigned personnel to provide guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes.
• Support capital outlay planning efforts and prioritize initiatives to meet strategic goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Government and contractor team to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, journalism, communication, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required.
• Minimum experience: Three (3) years of program management experience working with DoD military and/or civilian customers.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, and manage complex multi-task projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience developing mission and vision statements, operational plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with capital outlay planning and strategic goal prioritization.
