Job Overview
Join our eCommerce warehouse team as a full time Warehouse Associate! You will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, and efficient shipping and receiving processes. Our ideal candidate pays attention to detail, is enthusiastic and has the ability to work with a team. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management with plenty of room for advancement. Experience with Amazon/eCommerce and Warehouse Management Systems is a plus, 2 years warehouse experience is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, move, and organize inventory efficiently.

• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, process orders, and update inventory records accurately.

• Pack, and prepare inventory for shipment with precision, ensuring correct quantities and packaging standards are met.

• Manage shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation; inspect goods for damages or discrepancies.

• Support warehouse distribution efforts by loading and unloading trucks safely while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• 2 Years prior experience working in a warehouse environment or in logistics.

• Ability to operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and processing orders accurately.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items(ability to lift and move 50 lb boxes), and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order fulfillment processes such as picking & packing.
