Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent with large service team in Castle Pines Village, CO is seeking a qualified professional to join my winning team for the role of Sales Team Member.  I seek an energetic professional interested in helping my business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.  You will have AMPLE leads to dial, text, and email to.  You just have to have the work ethic to succeed.  A candidate REQUIREMENT is to currently be licensed in Colorado in Property, Casualty, Life and Health.  Please only apply if you maintain current licenses.  You will NOT be considered without proper licensing requirement.  
Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
• Life and Health license (must have or quickly be able to obtain)
