Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, with expertise in enterprise SaaS and e-commerce solutions. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be acquiring new customers. You will utilize various outreach methods, including cold calls, email campaigns, and networking at relevant industry events, to attract potential clients within the floriculture sector.

What you will do:

• Prospect their assigned markets to Identify and qualify leads within the floral industry in Europe, targeting growers, wholesalers, and retailers as potential clients of Koronet’s technology solutions.


• Engage and carry out discovery with prospects to understand their needs and pain points.


• Demonstrate Koronet’s solutions to prospects


• Design and execute outbound email campaigns to attract potential clients.


• Proactively engage with Koronet’s potential client base to generate meetings and interest in Axerrio's ERP software.


• Represent Koronet at key floral industry events (virtual and in-person) to network and generate leads.


• Work closely with the marketing and Implementations teams to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and ensure a smooth transition of new clients.


• Maintain up-to-date records of leads and activities within the CRM system.


• Gaining insights into new product features and effectively selling them to customers.


• Independently optimizing activities and processes to achieve your sales goals.

What do we expect from you:

• Has a strong drive and results-oriented approach to sales and works together with different departments to generate new revenue.


• Learns quickly and develops knowledge of a new industry and complex software solutions.


• Has at least 5 years of demonstrable sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets in quota-carrying sales roles selling enterprise SaaS solutions in the European B2B market.


• Meets and surpasses sales goals through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing.


• Holds a bachelor's degree in STEM or economics, business administration, marketing, or a related field.


• Experience in the floriculture industry will be considered a strong plus.


• Is skilled in using CRM, Sales outreach, and automation tools.


• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Is fluent in English (required) and another major European language.
