HIRING | ACCOUNTANT / PAYROLL SPECIALIST – C2C & W-2

Are you an experienced U.S. Accountant / Payroll Specialist who knows the ins and outs of C2C & W-2 payroll, invoicing, accounting, and compliance?

KolanSoft is looking for YOU! 🎯

💼 What You’ll Handle:

✅ End-to-end W-2 & C2C payroll

✅ Payroll processing, deductions & tax-related activities

✅ C2C contractor invoicing & payments

✅ Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

✅ Bank and account reconciliations

✅ Employee & contractor records

✅ Client/vendor coordination

✅ Financial reporting & accounting support

✅ Ensuring accurate and timely payroll & accounting operations

⭐ What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience with U.S. payroll & accounting

Strong understanding of C2C and W-2

Knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes and compliance

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Experience supporting staffing/recruiting operations is a plus
