KOKOMOO is a fun, growing food and beverage company bringing fresh, high-quality coconut-based products and drinks to farmers markets and events throughout Southern California.

We're looking for outgoing, dependable, energetic people to join our farmers market team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a fun team.

What You'll Do

• Represent KOKOMOO at farmers markets and special events
• Drive a company vehicle to and from assigned markets
• Load, transport, set up, and break down market equipment and products
• Prepare and serve KOKOMOO beverages and food products
• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Offer product samples and explain products to customers
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions
• Keep the booth clean, organized, stocked, and visually appealing
• Follow market-specific load lists, schedules, and instructions
• Complete assigned tasks before, during, and after each market
• Safely handle food, beverages, equipment, and company property
• Communicate with management regarding inventory, customer feedback, and any issues at the market

Schedule

Flexible scheduling.

Most opportunities are associated with farmers markets and events, including weekends, with additional opportunities depending on the company schedule.

Schedules are provided in advance, and team members may have the opportunity to select or accept available shifts based on business needs and availability.

Compensation

Base hourly pay + customer tips

Tips can be an important additional component of earnings and are shared according to company policy.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean and safe driving record
• Reliable transportation to the designated starting location when required
• Ability to safely drive a company vehicle
• Ability to lift and carry market supplies and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Previous farmers market, retail, food service, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
