Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of construction projects, supporting the building and renovation of structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and a willingness to learn new skills. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks on-site, including material handling and site cleanup
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements
• Perform carpentry tasks as needed, including framing and other woodwork
• Support specialized trades such as plumbing, electrical, or framing when required
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Experience or familiarity with carpentry is preferred but not required; experience in framing, plumbing, or electrical work is a plus
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different construction tasks
• Prior construction experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates

Work Location: Must travel to different locations.
