POSITION OBJECTIVE:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Bid and purchase from approved requisitions and/or from Inventory/Usage Reports:
a. Printing/Copying
1) Forms, envelopes, letterhead, business cards, signs
2) Banners, flyers, posters, FSI, See Breeze, bounceback cards, postcards
3) Press check printed/copied material as needed
b. Office supplies and equipment
c. Shop supplies and equipment
1) Plexi-items (display covers/easels/holders)
2) Cash register/credit card terminal/adding
3) Machine supplies (ribbons/tape/toner)
4) Fax machines, calculators, copiers
5) Dollies, compote dishes/plates, price guns
6) Light bulbs
d. Janitorial supplies
e. Shipping supplies
1) Layer boards/angle boards
2) Film - machine wrap
f. Plant supplies
1) Hairnets, beard guards, gloves
2) Price gun supplies (ribbons/ink rollers)
g. Kitchen supplies
h. Uniforms
1) Monthly plant uniform orders
2) Annual shop uniform orders
3) Source suppliers for laundry service contract
i. Maintenance repairs and services
j. Copier rental, leases, and maintenance contracts
k. Miscellaneous special project items
The purpose of this position is to purchase select non-inventory supplies, materials, packaging, capital expenditure items and services from approved requisitions, or otherwise in accordance with See's specifications and requirements.
