Role Description The Reporter at Amanah Systems will be responsible for researching, developing, and producing news and feature content about marketing systems, business case studies, and industry trends. Day-to-day tasks include interviewing clients and internal stakeholders, gathering data and source material, and writing clear, accurate stories across digital platforms. The Reporter will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate complex processes into accessible narratives, create multimedia content where needed, and support editorial planning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL, requiring regular presence at the office and occasional visits to client locations.

Qualifications

• Strong reporting skills, including interviewing, fact-checking, and sourcing information from multiple channels.
• Excellent writing and news writing abilities, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and audience-appropriate tone.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with internal teams and external clients.
• Experience with multimedia content creation, such as basic video, audio, or visual storytelling for digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, lead generation, or SaaS tools is a plus.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to fair, unbiased reporting.
