CATERING ASSOCIATE

(Part-Time)

Specific Responsibilities:

  1. PERFECT uniform- Your uniform must  be clean and you must have a nametag, shirt, pants, belt, black socks/shoes, and a smile. Yes, a smile is part of your uniform as a Catering Associate. 

  2. HUSTLE. You must strive to arrive on time to work and to each of your catering appointments.  We are never late!

  3. You alone are responsible for ensuring that each catering is organized and pleasing to the eye. We all eat with our eyes first!

  4. WOWing the customers.  When a customer thanks you, "MY PLEASURE" is not optional. It is a nationwide Chick-fil-A requirement.

At Chick-fil-A at North Hills, the Catering Associate role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. This independent and trustworthy individual must be at least 21 years of age.  

It is essential that the individual be available on an as need basis Monday - Friday from 7:45am - 2:00 pm.  Work day varies between 2-5 hours per day depending upon personal skill-set and seasonal / non-seasonal catering demands.  Individual may be asked to work independently and lead off-site recurring catering concessions.  Having your own reliable transportation is not required but preferred. If your vehicle is used for a delivery, your mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS reimbursement rate.

We are always closed on Sundays.

With a proven track record, this individual may be eligible to convert to a full-time employee.  After training has been certified, compensation is $9 to $11/hour and one meal is provided.  Additional employee benefits include:

  • $2,500 to $25,000 educational scholarship,
  • Off-duty personal meal discounts and
  • Monthly mobile phone discounts with AT&T and Verizon.

Compensation: Typical Compensation is $9.00 to $11.00/hour based on availability, skills, experience and needs of the business. A driver's license with a clean record is required.
