Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out and engage potential commercial accounts across the U.S.
  • Develop and present tailored commercial insurance proposals that address individual and business risks.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and benefits in relation to their commercial insurance needs.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and client onboarding.
  • Stay informed about market trends, new products, and competitive offerings.

Requirements
  • An active P&C insurance license is required with 3+ years of writing commercial insurance
  • Proven success in a sales role, ideally within a commercial insurance position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a disciplined approach to managing your workday.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
