Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients referred by physicians, setting a baseline for their treatment journey.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessment and patient goals, focusing on restoring functionality and reducing pain.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and current research to inform your treatment approach, ensuring the best outcomes for patients.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, injury prevention, and at-home care strategies.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

Kinetics Manual Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to attractive compensation, the benefits package includes:
