Kinetic Revive Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing facility located in Ashburn, Virginia. This full-time role involves providing hands-on rehabilitation to residents, focusing on individualized care plans that restore functional mobility and improve quality of life.

Work Environment

This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work-life balance. The role is onsite, allowing for direct interaction with residents and the rehabilitation team. You will work within a supportive and dynamic environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical abilities to establish therapy objectives tailored to individual needs.
• Develop, implement, and update personalized treatment plans focused on mobility restoration, pain reduction, and functional independence.
• Administer hands-on therapy techniques, such as therapeutic exercises, balance training, and mobility interventions, ensuring adherence to therapy protocols.
• Educate residents and their families on safe mobility practices and essential home exercise programs, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and integrated patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and patient outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our skilled nursing facility caters primarily to older adults, many of whom are recovering from surgery, injury, or illness. Our patient population includes individuals with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain disorders, and functional impairments. You will play a pivotal role in helping these residents regain independence and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in skilled nursing, geriatric, or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing treatment plans for diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
