Kim Varnadore State Farm is seeking a sales-driven Multiline Representative who is motivated by results, energized by building relationships, and confident in guiding customers toward the right insurance solutions. This is a production-focused role where success is measured by your ability to generate new business, maximize opportunities within the existing book, and deliver a strong customer experience along the way.

Florida Licensing Requirements
Florida requires proper state licensing to sell and service insurance products.
For this role:

•  An active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license or 2-20 General Lines (Property & Casualty) license is required prior to starting 
•  If not currently licensed, you must obtain the appropriate Florida Property & Casualty license before your Day 1 start date 
• 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity license must be obtained within 45 days of starting 

Full licensing support, guidance, and resources are provided.
What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound activity, referrals, and community engagement 
•  Lead needs-based sales conversations and confidently recommend auto, home, renters, and life insurance solutions 
•  Quote, present, and close policies consistently, hitting and exceeding production goals 
•  Maximize opportunities within the existing book through cross-selling and account rounding
•  Handle service requests with efficiency while proactively identifying additional coverage needs
•  Build long-term relationships that drive retention, referrals, and lifetime customer value
•  Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Florida insurance regulations 
•  Collaborate with the team to exceed individual and agency sales targets

•  Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
