Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Ashburn, VA • Full-time / Part-time / Per Diem $70–$85/hour
About the Role:Kids don't get sick on a schedule — and families shouldn't have to wait days for care. KidsWatch combines primary care and urgent care into one seamless pediatric model with extended hours.
What You'll Do:- Evaluate and treat common pediatric illnesses and injuries.
- Perform well child visits.
- Manage both scheduled and walk-in patients.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians.
- No traditional panel.
- No inbox or after-shift responsibilities.
- Flexible, shift-based model.
- Strong MA support (2 per shift).
- On-site diagnostics and procedures.
- 8am–4pm (daytime).
- 4pm–10pm (evenings).
- Weekend shifts available.
- $70–$75/hour (daytime).
- $80–$85/hour (evenings/weekends).
- Growth-based incentives.
- PAs with pediatric or urgent care experience.
- Clinicians seeking flexibility and variety.
- Providers interested in a modern care model.
- Licensed PA-C in Virginia.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
