In this role, you will manage staff schedules, assist with hiring, ensure compliance with safety standards, and oversee Academy operations in the Director's absence. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain staffing ratios and support classroom operations.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new staff.
- Communicate with families and maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and Academy policies.
- Implement emergency procedures and safety drills.
- Coach and advise staff for quality interactions.
