Job description

FTE: Full-time 
Term of Employment: Permanent
Salary and Benefits:  $29.95 - $35.04 per hour - According to education and experience.
Preference will be given to the candidate with the following experience and training:



  • Certificate, diploma, or post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration, Data Management, Human Services, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education & experience may be considered.
  • Experience providing administrative and data support is considered an asset.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-orientated, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess superior communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license & have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • The ability to travel on occasion may be required for the position.
     

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate & maintain program data collection systems.
  • Collect, monitor, and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports.
  • Support program evaluation, outcomes measurement, & reporting requirements.
  • Assist in developing tools, templates, and processes to improve data quality & efficiency.
  • Compile information and create reports, summaries, presentations & dashboards as required.
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for the daily operations of KidsFirst NORTH, including KFN staff.
  • Coordinate office procedures and support operational workflows.
  • Organize, maintain & update electronic and confidential filing systems.
