Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Service Advisor to join our team in Santa Maria, CA. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a safe and reliable vehicle while delivering an above and beyond experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Answer phones professionally and energetically, handling phone sales and inquiries.
• Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating needs and not waiting to be asked to assist.
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and solve customer problems quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure customers receive safe and reliable vehicles upon service completion.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to customer interactions and service orders.
• Work towards and exceed sales goals through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

This position offers a commission pay plan, rewarding your dedication and success in sales and customer satisfaction.

Pay Range:$4,000 - $11,000 per month
