Summary: The Recreation Assistant supports and assists with recreational activities and events. Provides customer service to homeowners on basic questions and requests.

Requirements:

Part-Time Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 4:30 pm - 10:15 pm
  • Saturday: 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the rules and regulations of the facility.
  • Maintain verification of residents’ membership in the club.
  • Provides contact with residents and guests using the club amenities.
  • Enforces policies and rules relating to Recreation Center Operations.
  • Answer phones and assist residents.
  • Inspects interior/exterior club furniture and equipment for cleanliness.
  • Inspect the grounds and parking lot, light outage, and dispose of any debris.
  • Ensure walkway safety and inspect the surrounding areas of patio restrooms throughout the day.
  • Inspect and clean all Tennis Courts, Athletic Center, and Playground areas.
  • Monitor and assist with the pool, spa, and fitness center.
  • Assist in setting up and tearing down the Association-owned equipment.
  • Follow all procedures for area events. Assist residents in processing paperwork for upcoming events.
  • Attendance is required at all Association Recreation Special Events.
  • Practices and adheres to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
  • Any additional job duties as required by the supervisor.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Possesses strong administrative duties.
  • Exceptional customer service and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule.
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Suite Programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.

Education and/or Experience:

  • 1 year minimum of experience in an Administrative or Customer Service-related role.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • High School Students are welcome to apply!
