Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify the quality of products before packing.
• Building Skids, Crates, and boxes each day.
• Accurately pack products according to specifications and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Document packing and quality control processes as required.
• Identify and report any quality issues or discrepancies.
• Assist in training new team members on packing and quality procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality assurance is a plus.
• Proven experience in packing, quality control, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
