Job description

Keystone Financial Group is currently seeking candidates for a Financial Administrative Associate.ย 


The primary responsibility of the position will be focused around supporting our growing team of advisors and staff in creating and maintaining relationships with financial planning clients and leads, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and documentation throughout the sales process.


Responsibilities May Include:

1.ย ย ย ย Assist our Director of Client Relations with new business and client service paperwork for annuities, life insurance, and investments.

2.ย ย ย ย Assist with sales tracking and client/carrier follow-up throughout the sales process.

3.ย ย ย ย Assemble new client files for investments, life insurance, annuities, etc.

4.ย ย ย ย Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, etc.

5.ย ย ย ย Assist our Director of Sales & Marketing with processing new leads and entering data into our CRM.

6.ย ย ย ย Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up for our 4 advisors.

7.ย ย ย ย Handle confirming appointments and workshop registrations.

8.ย ย ย ย Help prepare materials for workshops.

9.ย ย ย ย Assist with workshop setup and follow-up (some evening hours may be required).


Keystone Financial Group is seeking someone with a strong mix of hard and soft skills.ย To that end, ideal candidates will possess the following Desired Skills, Characteristics, & Experience:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Excellent communication skills โ€“ both verbal and written

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Strong interpersonal and listening skills

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Prior customer service experience required (at least 1 year in the financial services industry)

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Organized โ€“ works well with workflow systems to maximize efficiency

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Able to follow directions, but also to think โ€œoutside the boxโ€ and come up with solutions to problems on-the-fly

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Experienced in basic computer & internet usage, as well as the use of CRM systems

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Proficient in MS Word and Excel and other Office applications

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Detail-oriented and able to multi-task

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Excellent work ethic
