Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs and develop tailored clinical summaries that inform treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create structured treatment plans, implementing clear, goal-oriented interventions tailored to individual client situations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment objectives in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Engage in proactive communication with clients, families, and other providers to ensure continuity of care and positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Foster a nurturing and collaborative therapeutic environment that supports the well-being of clients while enhancing teamwork among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse client population, providing mental health counseling and substance abuse treatment to individuals grappling with various issues ranging from anxiety and depression to complex substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional clinical counseling experience with a focus on telehealth practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, vital for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools, ensuring efficient and secure service delivery.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive annual salary of USD 115,000 – 120,000.
