Purpose of the role
 
Providing an excellent support service is critical to the achievement of Keyloop's strategic plans for growth and profitability. Our Tier 1 Support Analyst will primarily be responsible for owning, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems to successful closure, whilst ensuring timely escalation where necessary.
 
Our Tier 1 Support Analyst will also assist colleagues and will not only have outstanding verbal and written communication skills but can demonstrate that they are able to communicate quickly and efficiently at all levels across a Global team (customer, peers, and managers) in order to achieve our departmental and company strategy.
 
 
 
This role requires someone who is resourceful and well organised, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, who is able to work effectively as part of a high performing team with a passion and commitment to providing service excellence.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Owning and progressing cases through to resolution by utilising available resources and expanding own knowledge.
  • Escalating a case in good time.
  • Responding with empathy to customers, dealing with their needs, and acknowledging their operational pressures and deadlines.
  • Communicating cooperatively with team members, other departments and management to deliver timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Documenting solutions and producing written guidance on resolution steps and procedures.
  • Being passionate and pro-active in acquiring and absorbing knowledge of the Keyloop product suite and associated toolset and working closely with management to increase the level of personal skills and competence.
  • Self-Motivation & initiative to aid your investigation process and career development.
  • Actively contribute to case reduction initiatives.
Skills / Knowledge & Experience
  • Ability to efficiently plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Investigation, analytical, problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone, virtual tools, and written in both French and English.
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer expectations.
  • Ability to influence and overcome objections.
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of Keyloop customers and associates.
  • Ability to explain complex problems and issues in simple terms.
  • Automotive dealership experience and/or general knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Experience with the Keyloop SERTI product.
  • Experience of Microsoft office suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Objectif du role
La fourniture d'un excellent service de support est essentielle a la realisation des plans strategiques de croissance et de rentabilite de Keyloop. Notre Tier 1 analyste de support sera principalement responsable de la propriete, du depannage, du diagnostic et de la resolution des problemes jusqu'a une cloture reussie, tout en assurant une escalade rapide si necessaire.
 
Notre Tier 1 analyste de support aidera egalement ses collegues et aura non seulement des competences exceptionnelles en communication verbale et ecrite, mais pourra egalement demontrer qu'il est capable de communiquer rapidement et efficacement a tous les niveaux au sein d'une equipe mondiale (client, pairs et gestionnaires) afin de realiser notre strategie departementale et d'entreprise.
 
Ce role exige quelqu'un qui est debrouillard et bien organise, avec d'excellentes competences analytiques et de resolution de problemes, qui est capable de travailler efficacement au sein d'une equipe hautement performante avec une passion et un engagement a fournir un service d'excellence.
 
Principales taches et responsabilites :
- S'approprier et faire progresser les cas jusqu'a leur resolution en utilisant les ressources disponibles et en elargissant leurs propres connaissances.
- Faire remonter un cas en temps utile.
- Repondre avec empathie aux clients, repondre a leurs besoins et reconnaitre leurs pressions operationnelles et leurs delais.
- Communiquer avec les membres de l'equipe, les autres departements et la direction pour resoudre rapidement les problemes des clients.
- Documenter les solutions et produire des directives ecrites sur les etapes et les procedures de resolution.
- Etre passionne et proactif dans l'acquisition et l'absorption des connaissances de la suite de produits Keyloop et de l'ensemble d'outils associes ; travailler en etroite collaboration avec la direction pour augmenter le niveau d'aptitudes et de competences personnelles.
- Auto-motivation et initiative pour faciliter votre processus d'enquete et votre developpement de carriere.
- Coacher et encadrer efficacement les collegues afin d'accelerer la resolution des cas et d'ameliorer le niveau de connaissances au sein du soutien.
- S'assurer que l'analyse des causes profondes est effectuee si necessaire.
- Identifier les lacunes en matiere de formation dans nos supports de connaissances et recommander des domaines a ameliorer.
- Contribuer activement aux initiatives de reduction des cas.

Competences, connaissances et experience
- Capacite a planifier et a prioriser efficacement la charge de travail afin de respecter les delais.
- Competences en investigation, analyse, resolution de problemes et depannage.
- Excellentes competences en communication, incluant le telephone, les outils virtuels et la communication ecrite, en francais et en anglais.
- Connaissance et comprehension des attentes des clients.
- Capacite a influencer et a surmonter les objections.
- Capacite a interagir avec plusieurs niveaux de clients et de collaborateurs Keyloop.
- Capacite a expliquer clairement des problemes et des enjeux complexes en termes simples.
