Job description

 Qualifications
• You will need to have either bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Every 2 years of relative experience can be substituted for one year of education experience
• At least 2-3 Years of post-education experience will also be required, as strong relationship building capabilities usually comes with time and experience
• You will have to meet organizational goals and accept ownership of your role, your team, and your carrier base
• We do require all of our management staff members to have exceptional leadership abilities and have full mastery and expertise within the Logistics Brokerage industry
• You should be up-to-speed with all of the latest trends and current events
• Being a recent CTB course graduate will definitely propel you in this position
• Intermediate computer utilization skills are required, and it also helps if you have prior Transportation Management System (TMS) experience
• SAP, McLeod Software, Keypoint, Aljex Software, or any of the top brokerage software that exists
• However, that can be substituted with prior IT-related experience
• Having an existing book of clients helps a lot too!
Responsibilities
• Your team will lean towards you for expertise and professionalism
• You will be responsible for coaching them, motivating them, and working side by with the Business Development Manager, as you team up to form a Dynamic Supply Chain Management Duo
