We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with expertise in various systems including powertrain and electrical systems. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on a variety of vehicles, including both gasoline and diesel engines.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on automotive systems, including powertrain, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs.
• Interpret automotive schematics to assist in diagnosing issues accurately.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of repair needs and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in working with automotive electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics.
• Experience with diesel engine repair is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with auto estimating processes for accurate job costing.
• Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive repair.
• Knowledge of powertrain systems and their components.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques and technologies in the automotive field.
